Instead of being merely an “afterthought”, the bathroom has taken center stage as the focal point of the home. This exciting new trend is elevating bath design and bathroom renovation to a whole new level.

When you couple this trend with new innovations in design and technology, even the homeowner with the tightest budget can have HGTV quality design in their home.

Clean Lines

What was once limited and cramped becomes open and beautiful. Try stressing the height of a bathroom by taking the tub and shower walls to the ceiling. Instead of frames, try incorporating frame-less glass enclosures.

Instead of a standard toilet, hang the toilet bowl and encase the tank in the wall.  Duravit and Geiberit are two manufacturers that illustrate what can be done with just a little bit of creativity.

Spa Amenities

Why just settle for a plain shower floor when a teak base can give you a high end spa shower experience. Teak is the perfect wood for this application because it is water resistant and extremely tough. It is a durable hard wood that requires little or no care; it will not rot. Teak’s sap has natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties that make it parasite and disease resistant. Teak also contains rubber and silica, which repel water. It is the perfect wood for bathroom renovation applications.

Taking your bathroom to the next level is easy because now there are so many fixtures and amenities available. Remodeling your bathroom now-a-days is not a burden with a proper planning and the right amount of resources. Also putting in “spa amenities” can be a great idea too. Installing a walk-in bath can be a great option.

Improving your home is very important. Annual painting may be necessary to keep it attractive. Look for good companies that can serve your needs online and be sure to request an estimate.

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement?

My website has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know any solutions to help prevent content from being stolen? I’d certainly appreciate it.
